I've suffered with anxiety my whole life, but in the last year it has become unbearable. Because of suffering with anxiety I developed OCD. I became obsessed with the thought of having anxiety and whenever I wasn't worrying, my OCD would make me think "why aren't you worrying right now?" Or "well does this mean you've given up?" And I just can't handle it anymore. There isn't a day where I'm not worrying and because of this I am too scared to get help, even though that is what I need the most. If i could give any advice to people who suffer from anxiety, it would be to get help- right now.
