I have been anxious and depressed at the same time. I try to keep myself as positive I can, and to make everyone feel positive. our body plays an important role for the mental health issues. We should take care of our bodies every time like we take care of our loved things or persons. Our body is everything through which we can speak, walk, eat, run, see, etc. If there's nobody left, there's nothing you can do at everything you need to take the help of others. why take anybody's help if we take care of our body right?Make sure you are taking good care of your health and eating processes.
