I was in a really dark place last year. I’m not even sure why I felt the way I did. The world looked gray and I seemed to adopt a mantra of ‘what’s the point?’. But, I started eating better and working out more often and now I feel like a different person. I have a lot more energy and generally get through the day in a good mood. I think I’m happy? It seems too simple to work but sometimes it’s theses things that can be the most effective. Maybe it will be of some benefit for you?
