I was wondering whether to post this or not ,I’m not too sure where to start this but I think it’s extremely important to talk about mental health for a while I have had a touch of anxiety which I carried with me from Junior cert year on ,well how can I explain it ?for me I feel like it’s something inside you that brings out stress,overthinking and tension into your life and can cause problems you can have good days and of course you can have bad days for me I worry about the future and the little things which I bottled up I felt useless lost my confidence and worried what others would think.Believe me dealing with mental health problems can be hard and challenging but it doesn’t make you any different from anyone else but there’s always someone there you can talk to.I wouldn’t be where I am today without my family,and close friends supporting me ,right at this moment I’m feeling much happier in myself from talking and getting support.I just felt sharing this as it might help someone out.Just talk to someone it helps I’m not worrying as much anymore and feel like a better person .If we all help maybe we can open up more because I know I certainly did !!#itsoknottobeok 💕
