What being me is like:
Nausea wakes me up at 6 am and the thoughts start racing. Breakfast is hard to eat and the walk to school plants strange and irrational thoughts about destruction in my brain. School is no longer a safe space, it's the place where anxiety attacks, flashbacks and shaking hands live. Toilets are for crying and classrooms are for panic.
The nausea is my biggest issue - it feels like missing a step on the staircase but lasts all day. I hope that one day my scattered mind will grow camomile flowers in a meadow of the sun.
